Prof. Chandrashekar Yavagal is an Internationally acclaimed Clinician, Speaker and Post Ph.D Doctorate on Laser Biophotonics, Paediatric, Preventive and Restorative Dentistry. A University topper at BDS and Gold medalist MDS in Paediatric Dentistry, he went on to complete his Diploma in Orthodontics from Orthodontic World Institute (OWI), Barcelona, Spain. He serves as Professor in Pediatric Dentisty at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is also the Director & Head of India's First Department of Laser Dentistry & Photomedicine Research Lab.

Dr. Yavagal is a Diplomate of the International College of Neuromuscular Orthodontics & Gnathology (Italy), Fellow of the Asia Pacific Laser Institute (APLI Taiwan), Life Member of the European Medical Laser Association (EMLA), Vice-President of College for Light Medicine (COLLL, Germany) and Director (SM) for World Association of Photobiomodulation Therapy (WALT) 2021-2024.

He is the only Indian Dentist to be invited as a Speaker and Chairperson by WALT (World Association for Laser Therapy) at Nice, France in October 2018. He has more than 75 publications in National and International peer reviewed journals. He has conducted more than 100 lectures, symposia & workshops on Lasers, Paediatric, Preventive and Restorative Dentistry in India, Singapore, Dubai, Spain, Taiwan France & Germany

Dr.Yavagal is the founder of LaserVEDA - Healing and Wellness Solutions and Director of Kids & Teens Exclusive Paediatric Dentistry and Paediatric Orthodontic Practice.

He is a Key Opinion Leader for Global Dental Giants like Dentsply Sirona, GC, Lite Touch and Novolase. He is the Chief Mentor of the Asian Academy of Laser Therapy (AALT)!!
