Paediatric Dentist (a dentist for children) and American Board of Laser Surgery certified specialist. Trained in Neuromuscular Orthodontics & Gnathology in Spain & Italy, a PhD in Laser Photodynamic Therapy, 20 + years in practice. He takes his time with every patient.

A family clinic, carried forward with light.
His father, the late Dr. Murugesh Yavagal, founded the centre with a simple aim: give families skilled, thoughtful care close to home. The clinic turns twenty on 24 September 2026.
Dr. Yavagal gave that work a new tool: laser light. No cutting, no blood, no drugs, often no numbing. And every visit gets the time it needs.
Today he splits his week between patients, teaching the next generation of dentists, and research into how light helps the body heal.

A computer reads a scan of the whole mouth (AI, computer help) so he sees every tooth at once. He explains what it means for your care.
Blue-Diode screening
A blue laser shows early changes in the mouth that the eye alone misses. He explains the findings and the next step.
Seven wavelengths
Seven kinds of laser light, each reaching a different depth. He chooses the one that suits the tissue and the problem, including for pain care.
Er:YAG laser
A laser tool for teeth and gums that does the work a drill used to do. He checks whether it suits the treatment you need. The clinic also uses CO2 and Q switch Nd YAG lasers for facial cosmetology, and laser technology for TMJ and facial pain and for stopping smoking.
