Refund policy

You pay when you send your training application. If you are not selected, or the training cannot be offered after your application is reviewed, your payment is refunded to your original payment method.

If you are selected, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first module or clinic day. The training team agrees your dates with you after selection.

There is no refund once training materials have been sent or clinic time has started. To request a cancellation, contact the training desk on WhatsApp or email us with your application reference.

You receive a full refund if LaserVEDA cancels your video consultation. The refund goes to the original payment method.

You may reschedule once without a fee if you contact the clinic at least 4 hours before the booked time. Email info@laserveda.org.

A request made less than 4 hours before the booked time may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

There is no refund if you do not join the consultation at the booked time and did not reschedule within the time allowed above.

You pick your day and time before you pay, and we hold that time for 20 minutes while you pay. Once payment is received, you get the Google Meet link by email.

If payment reaches us after your booking was cancelled, or after the hold ended and someone else took the time, the website starts a full refund automatically. You do not need to submit a separate request.

Printed book: shipping within India is included in the price. If your copy arrives damaged, email info@laserveda.org with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace it.

Ebook: once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final. If a download link does not work, email info@laserveda.org and we will send you a fresh link.

A refunded ebook order can no longer be downloaded.

Your bank or payment provider controls when a completed refund appears in your account. If you need help, email info@laserveda.org with your booking details.
