Website and booking terms

You pay when you send your training application. Payment does not confirm admission. The training team reviews each application. If you are selected, they contact you with the schedule and dates. If you are not selected, your payment is refunded.

If you are selected, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your first module or clinic day. There is no refund once training materials have been sent or clinic time has started. See the refund policy for how to request a cancellation.

This website gives general information about LaserVEDA services. It does not replace an examination, diagnosis or personal medical advice.

If you have severe symptoms or an emergency, contact an emergency service or a suitable hospital. Do not wait for a website reply.

Sending a form or WhatsApp message does not create a doctor-patient relationship or confirm an appointment. The clinic will contact you to discuss the next step.

You pick a free day and time before you pay. We hold that time for 20 minutes while you pay. A video consultation is confirmed once the website shows that payment was received. You get the Google Meet link by email right after you pay. You must provide accurate contact details and join at the booked time.

A video call may not be suitable for every concern. The doctor may advise an in-person examination, a test or urgent care.

A book order is confirmed only after the website shows that payment was received. Printed copies ship to addresses in India only. An ebook is for your personal use; do not share or resell the files or the download links.

Razorpay processes online payments. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow the refund policy linked on this website.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when needed to protect patients, staff or the service.
