Privacy policy

When you request a callback or send a training enquiry, we collect the details you enter. These may include your name, phone number, email address, city, preferred call time and message.

When you book a video consultation, we also collect the concern you describe. Razorpay handles your payment details. You pick a free day and time before you pay. We add the call to our Google Calendar and Google Meet, which receive your name, email and the booked time to create the video call. We then email you the link. We also send the date, time and link to your phone number on WhatsApp, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We receive the payment status and identifiers needed to manage the booking and any refund.

We use your information to answer your request, arrange care or training, process a consultation booking, send confirmations, manage refunds and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website, take payment, send email or WhatsApp messages or host our records, and when the law requires it.

We may use DataFast and Google Analytics to understand which pages and contact actions are useful. These services may receive device, browser and visit information when their website IDs are enabled.

You can limit analytics through your browser privacy settings, tracking protection or a content blocker. The site does not require an analytics cookie banner. Blocking analytics does not stop you from using the site or contacting the clinic.

We keep records only for as long as they are needed for care, booking, accounting, legal or security purposes. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise complete security.
